It is located on the edge of the village, in the heart of the Bordeaux countryside. You can enjoy the view of the vineyards from the house, having a barbecue in the garden or jumping in the swimming pool, without any vis-à-vis.

You will find all the shops (shops and markets) 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bicycle (2 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes are available).
The house is perfectly located for walking or cycling, canoeing, wakeboarding, to visit the castles (Montesquieu in La Brède, Cadillac, Roquetaillade ...) and the surrounding wine properties.
And of course the discovery of Bordeaux, Saint Emilion, the Arcachon basin, the caves of the Dordogne, etc ...
