La Tranche sur mer, close to the city center, in a holiday residence, house with individual and enclosed garden, 1 garden furniture, enjoying a good location beach and shops. 1 car park n° 33 in the residence, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 0.90, 1 main room with kitchen area - living room, 1 bathroom (shower - sink) 1 toilet.
Equipment: 1 fridge-freezer, 1 microwave, 1 oven, induction hob, washing machine, 1 television, sofa, electric coffee maker, 1 travel cot. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant.
End of stay cleaning option on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen and sheets not provided.

Location de courte durée en basse saison

Maison de vacances dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Bon accueil de l'agence chargée de la location, formalités et remise des clés simples à l'arrivée et au départ. Bonnes prestations, maison propre et claire avec un jardin. Seul petit bémol pour l'électro ménager un peu vieillot. Nous y avons passé une semaine tranquille. Autre bon point , la possibilité de venir avec son chien.
