Spacious AND BODACIOUS studio, sleeps 2, for guests that love the color purple!

Property accommodates 1-2, perfect for couples or solo travelers. Beautiful high quality, framed original art pieces adorn the walls of the studio which features one queen-size bed on an adjustable base supporting a comfortable Eclipse mattress approved by the Congress of Chiropractic State Assns. The space has a beautiful living/sitting area where the soothing and tranquilizing color purple rules! There is a large TV mounted above the fireplace, free WIFI and cold AC at your fingertips. Kitchen area features a Breville all-in-one smart oven & air fryer appliance, microwave and fridge. Has a totally private bathroom with shower (good pressure and plenty of hot water)! Occupants are welcome to enjoy use of backyard patio that has a table and chairs, it's a great place to enjoy that cup of coffee in the mornings or cool beverages in the evening! Enjoy covered and well-lit parking just steps away from studio entrance.

I personally live in the house and have a separate entrance. The studio is separated by a deadbolt locked solid-core door and will remain locked at all times for your and my privacy and safety. Please be assured you will experience a complete sense of privacy in the studio. I have been in operation for over 5 years and have never had anyone not feel totally comfortable and at ease in the space.

Property is centrally located with easy access to 410 and I-10. Airport is 4 miles and downtown is 10 miles. Easy access to medical center area (5 miles), North Star Mall and Park North Mall (both 3 miles), also Lackland AFB is 15 miles. HEB grocery supermarket and several eateries are located within half-mile radius as well as five neighborhood bar establishments, three which feature karaoke.

When the love of my life passed away suddenly in 2020, I laid in bed one night wondering what I was going to do, how was I going to get by. That's when I had a light-bulb moment, and that was to convert our spacious den into a private studio and put it on VRBO! I immediately went to work on this endeavor and four months later went live with it. It has truly become the new "love of my life!" My guests' approval & comfort mean everything to me!

I classify my neighborhood as a working-class neighborhood which is very peaceful and safe. I have great neighbors who are supportive of what I do and are respectful of my guests.

Centrally located. Easy access to 410 and I-10 expressways, can get to anywhere in the city in less than 15 minutes. Only 4 miles to airport, 10 miles to downtown, 5 miles to medical center area. Only 3 miles to North Star Mall and Park North. Also Lackland AFB is 15 miles.
