Convenient, lovely stay in Mt. Vernon

My adult son and I had a terrific 3-day stay at Joan's well-acquainted, cute apartment, which had everything that we needed for a family visit in MV. Joan's place is spotless and well-stocked, and the queen bed is very comfortable. Joan was a fantastic hostess and communicated well before and during our visit, and we particularly appreciated her coronavirus precautions and communications. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with a long walking/biking path a short walk away, and the location is terrific for any stay in MV or the valley -- close to downtown and the river, and not far from the West side fields, Big Lake, and surrounding towns. Although there is no TV in the apartment, we were able to stream a couple of movies on personal devices using the wifi provided (occasionally spotty but worked itself out). We are hoping to have the opportunity to stay again. Thank you, Joan!

Great place in a great neighborhood!

Joan’s place was perfect for us. It’s an innovative remodel of a basement apartment that has lots of amenities in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Everything in nicely labeled and she has a great stainless steel coffee coffee filter for pour overs. Couldn’t suited us better!

A True Retreat

Five Cedars Retreat is just that...a great place to relax and decompress while enjoying all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Quiet neighborhood, beautifully landscaped property minutes from the coast and woods. We loved it and will definitely stay again!
