Recent semi-detached single-storey house enjoying a good location close to the beach, with individual garden and parking space.
Pleasant environment, kitchen-living room opening onto terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 bed 90. 1 bathroom (shower, sink), 1 toilet, 1 small garage.
Equipment: Fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 vitro hobs, 1 ordinary oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, iron, vacuum cleaner, furniture, crockery, garden furniture, television, baby equipment with 1 travel cot and 1 high chair.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided.
Location: About 350 m from the beach and 1.5 km from shops.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause.
