Perfect location

Perfectly located, the flat offers a view on the Harbour. Oriented to the east, you have the first sunshines, but not the heating sun in the afternoon… only the Park places are problematic because very narrow…

Séjour agréable.

Logement très bien situé à 200 mètres du port de Banyuls et 500 mètres de la plage. Vue dégagée sur le port. Appartement avec une pièce principale et une chambre spacieuses. Très bien pour 2 adultes. Les lits superposés dans le couloir permettent d'accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Belle salle de bain refaite dernièrement. Un rafraichissement du reste du logement serait à envisager. Les poëlles, casseroles et certains ustensiles de cuisine sont à renouveler. Prévoir un bon nettoyage de la hotte. Propreté insufisante des ustensiles de cuisines.

La mer la montagne..le soleil,le vin ,les spécialités catalanes,tout est super ,cadre magnifique

Vue superbe sur le port et la mer Appartement agréable et adapté proche de tout ,plage et commerces, sauf pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à "grimper..". Heureusement parking privatif très bienvenu.. A recommander..

Appartement bien situé avec belle vue mais mobilier et équipement complètement obsolètes. Vaisselle à changer. Placard chambre sale et encombré impossible de déballer les valises. Couvertures en trés mauvais état . Aspirateur et balais encombrés de poussière. Lave-linge qui sent mauvais.....
