Beautiful, clean home in Cardiff, just a couple blocks from the beach. Nice rooftop balcony and nice balcony of the main floor. Wonderful local beaches and lots of restaurants within walking and short drive. The parking pass to the state beaches was a very nice little extra bonus. Very quick responses from the host if you should need anything. We highly recommend this house for family vacations.

This Cardiff property was great place for our family to stay for a quick weekend getaway.The house was clean and well equipped. Street parking in front was available and the dedicated driveway parking spot off the alley was also easy to access.We enjoyed the nearby beaches and shopping.

Excellent location and easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Weather was very warm and better air flow in the ground floor would make it all perfect, air conditioning for whole house would be incredible. Lots of beach equipment to use and very quiet neighbors and neighborhood. Third bedroom is very small with 2 single beds only. Host was very responsive. We had a wonderful time there with the open design and outside decks.

This is my second year renting this home for a family vacation. We all love the location, convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. The house is nicely decorated with original art, very well equipped and a homey feeling. We had a problem with the electricity when we first arrived. The owner was very responsive and had it fixed by the next day. I would highly recommend this home.

A great house with plenty of host-supplied extras. A 10-minute walk from restaurants, bars and groceries, and a further 3 minutes from the beach. A nice wetlands park is 10 minutes away on foot.A very nice neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking.

We were able to park our suburban in the driveway behind the townhome. We could walk into town to many restaurants and grocery. Short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. Kitchen was stocked! Thank you would stay again and again

A beautiful home! Perfect location, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and markets. It was very clean, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Lovely house conveniently located for our trip to the Breeders' Cup races at Del Mar Racetrack and the San Diego Zoo. All the amenities in a very comfortable home and nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
