Aqua 1203 is a BRAND NEW remodeled, rare 4 BR at Aqua!

AMAZING 1700 square foot condo with TWO spacious gulf front master bedrooms each with king beds and their own balcony access. The 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. The 4th Br has a twin bed with twin trundle.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a stainless steel appliances, regular drip coffee pot, blender, knife set, and everything else you need to make dinner for you and your family. There is a unique reading nook off the kitchen that can also be used as a game room for the kids.

Aqua Resort offers a variety of amenities with tons of great events and activities nearby in the Panama City Beach area for families and beach goers of all ages.

Some of the great amenities at Aqua are a pool side cafe featuring flat screen tv's and wireless internet, a media room, a whirlpool spa grotto. A pool area featuring a tropical pool deck, indoor/outdoor pool and additional relaxation pool and all just steps away from the gorgeous white sand and blue-green water. There is an Aromatherapy stem and treatment room and a fitness center with phenomenal views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Some area activities are Shopping and fun at Pier Park, Frank Brown sport complex, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, GulfWorld Marine Park, Fishing pier and charters, Golf, boat rentals, dolphin tours, bike, paddleboard and kayak rentals or just get out and enjoy the nature and serenity of the coast at one of the surrounding state parks. The options are limitless.

Aqua 1203 rents Sat to Sat only during Spring Break, Fall Break, and peak summer (June and July).

NOTE: Effective 1/1/21 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking by going to http://www.aquaparking.net www.aquaparking.net guests will need to register and pay $35 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.

Aqua resort

Aqua resort is a decent condo. Although, none of the 6 days we were there all the elevators worked. 2 of the 4 were down during our whole trip. The unit we rented could definitely use some maintenance some trim in bathroom was rotting. The quilts had stains on them and the balcony was pretty nasty. It was covered in bird droppings, the rugs were dirty, and the paint on floor was chipped up. The air vents in the unit were covered in dust and dirt. It could use a good cleaning. Hate to leave a bad feedback but this unit needs some attention. It has great potential and great location.

Great spot- kinda dirty

The only knock I have on this place was it was dirty. Under the couch, kitchen table, and outdoor table had not been vacuumed. Other than that, this place is everything you could want. Location, ease, view, etc. it was great!

Wonderful beach front condo and management company

My family and I had a fabulous vacation at Aqua. We booked through Warren Beach Rentals and used Condocierge for our grocery delivery. Both the management company and Condocierge were fantastic. The management company was so speedy about responding and taking care of every one of our needs. I will definitely book with them again.
