Very pleasant duplex apartment of 60m², located on the 3rd and last floor of the quiet Horizon Marin residence, Lacanau Plage Sud.

- a spacious mezzanine 1 closed bedroom, door and glazed artist studio, with 1 bed 140 x 190, an alcove with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a 160 x 200 bed, a lounge area with wall-mounted TV
- a new integrated kitchen including: fridge with freezer, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, pyrolysis oven, extractor hood, 8-place dishwasher, plenty of storage.

We had absolutely beautiful weather and were able to swim twice during our stay in October! We love the casual beach culture, dining and shopping in Lacanau-Océan and visited Bordeaux and Biarritz as well. The apartment was perfect for our family!

Perfect Location for Our Family Holiday

This apartment was just perfect for our 2 week family holiday. It was very clean on arrival. The flat was very spacious. Of course the view was stunning made extra special by the outside dining area . Very quiet yet very near all the action. The communication from Nathalie was very helpful and she was always quick to respond. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Magnifique vue sur l'océan

Appartement très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, on sent que tout a été réfléchi pour le confort des occupants. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la plage, au calme, tout en ayant le centre ville tout proche accessible à pied. La terrasse permet de prendre les repas face à l'océan, avec en prime le soir le coucher de soleil !

Un petit appartement très bien rénové, un agencement superbe, un emplacement au top. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur l'océan, l'équipement très complet, le confort de la literie et la gentillesse des propriétaires… Prochaine amélioration possible : rénovation des menuiseries alu qui laissent passer l'air les jours de grand vent (nous étions en novembre et c'était sensible, cela doit être moins gênant en été !). Pour le reste, ne changez rien !

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, selbst eine Waschmaschine. Die Terrasse mit Markise verbunden mit dem Blick auf das Meer und den tollen Sonnenuntergängen ist - der Traum !!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Blick

Die Wohnung von Nathalie und Alexandre ist super schön renoviert und eingerichtet und der Blick auf den Atlantik ist super schön! Wir waren in den Herbstferien mit 3 Kindern in der Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Nathalie war super unkompliziert und es hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick und eine gemütlichen Balkon. Der Wohn- und Küchenbereich ist nett und mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet. Wir würden diese Wohnung für maximal 4 Personen empfehlen. Das WC und Bad wurden schon sehr lange nicht mehr renoviert und sind sehr dunkel und sehr einfach ausgestattet.

Herrlicher Blick, gute Lage, nette Vermieter

Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer von einer kleinen Dachterrasse und den Zimmern aus. Sehr nette Vermieter. Das Appartment und das Haus sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Dinge wie Geschirr oder Kaffeemaschine waren ganz neu, das Bad und die Toilette sind hingegen sehr alt. Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung. Das Podest mit zwei weiteren Doppelbetten ist zwar recht groß, aber offen zum Wohnraum. Sechs Personen in der kleinen Wohnung ist sicher grenzwertig. Besonders gut: + Herrliche Aussicht + Tolle Lage + Schönes, aber kleines Schlafzimmer + Garage für die Fahrräder + Sehr nette Vermieter Was könnte verbessert werden: - Badezimmer - WC - kein Internet - kurze Betten (1,90 m sind für größere Menschen wenig) - sehr lauter Kühlschrank Die Vermieter Nathalie und Alexandre, die sich ganz hervorragend um uns gekümmert haben, haben die Wohnung erst vor wenigen Wochen gekauft und wollen diese jetzt nach und nach renovieren. Man sollte also immer den aktuellen Stand erfragen. Viele der oben genannten Kritikpunkte werden in naher Zukunft wahrscheinlich schon behoben sein.
