About this property

Lovely house and equipped terrasse, shared swimming pool ocean/1mile Lake/4miles

Little house facing south (with AC), with a lovely fully equipped garden/terrasse (plancha, solar garden shower, garden lounge etc...).

The residence is next to the woods, ideal to build tree houses! Just know that it's a natural environment, meaning that you'll probably have the visit of tiny ants looking for a cool place during warm summer days. They're perfectly harmless and you'll just have to sponge them away from time to time.

3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140X200, 1 single "mezzanine"bed for a child 90x200 ) Bring your sheets, we don't provide them!

The swimming pool is 30 meters away at the back of the house.

Equipement : AC, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave oven, double glazing, multiple fans, desk, bathtub + shower, wifi, TV+Netflix... Everything you need to relax!

It's our family house, not a professional rental, we welcome couples and families, no groups of party animals and no actual animals allowed.
Know that, even on your arrival day, you won't get access to the house if you don't respect these conditions. Save yourself the trip!

No smoking inside the house.

Cleaning up is not included, but you can arrange this with the person who will greet you on your arrival.

Logement pas assez entretenu. Les extérieur jamais nettoyés. Nettoyage intérieur nécessaire a l'arrivée toiles d'araignée, et invasion de fourmis.Bon contact avec le propriétaire mais le logement est très petit et n'est pas à la hauteur du tarif proposé. Échanges avec Abritel catastrophiques. Je ne conseil pas.

Désolé que le logement ne vous ai pas convenu. La surface est pourtant indiquée et visible sur les photos... quand aux fourmis présentes partout à Lacanau en été et particulièrement cette année, il est vrai, elles font partie du décor, tout comme les araignées dans le jardin. Il est regrettable que malgré tous nos efforts, vous n’ayez pas trouvé le confort que vous recherchiez. Cordialement. Cyrille et Caroline

Très sympa!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez nos hôtes Cyrille et Caroline. Il y fait bon vivre et l’emplacement est idéal: à quelques minutes à vélos du front de mer et de l’école de surf pour les grands et les petits. La terrasse très bien équipée, verdoyante et sans vis à vis est l’atout majeur de la maison :) Le lotissement est calme et la piscine collective et conviviale est un vrai plus.

Petite maison sympathique et bien située

Maison bien équipée et très bien située dans Lacanau Océan. Globalement propre à notre arrivée même si quelques petits détails pas top : cendrier non vidé sur la terrasse et à uelques éléments de vaisselle mal lavés. Mais dans l’ensemble rien à redire. Accueil très sympathique par Valérie. Si juste un truc : une machine à café à capsule serait un vrai plus. Je suis seul à boire un café le matin et du coup pas simple de faire juste une tasse avec la cafetière traditionnelle 😉

Geniale Terrasse

Geniale Terrasse, sehr nette Gastgeber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben Fahrräder ausgeliehen und das Auto nicht gebraucht. Lage für uns super, da ruhig und trotzdem schnell am Strand und auch am See in rund 20 Minuten (mit Fahrrad). Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal.

Great and very relaxed place to stay!

As a family with a teenager, we enjoyed the house and especially the great terras with shower and BBQ. The house is surrounded by pines an very near to the swinmingpool. We would recommend you to rent bikes that Will take you in only 8 min to the beach!

Très bon bon séjour - Lacanau

Petite maison très sympathique juste a l’extérieur de Lacanau Océan centre (5 min a vélo sur piste cyclable). Bonne literie, air conditionné. Maison habitée donc toute équipée. Le grand plus est la terrasse très bien aménagée ou nous avons pris tous nos repas et l’apéro. Très bon accueil et communication très réceptive durant la réservation. Je recommande.

Bien placé, village et plage nord accessibles à pieds et magnifique terrasse en bois, très bien aménagée. Bémol pour nous, salle de bain à l’étage et wc au rez-de-chaussée, sans lavabo pour le lavage des mains. Avons passé de très belles vacances à Lacanau que nous adorons!
