Charming villa 2 mins from the beach
Small house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Val André beach. Located in the residential area above the small port of Piègu, it is accessed by a semi-detached courtyard from a family house. Everything is as new as it has recently been restored, terrace as an easy access shower for people with reduced mobility. The third bedroom with 2 single beds is a mezzanine, accessible from the bedroom facing the street and having a toilet area, the other overlooking the beach with a double bed and a very nice view.
Shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob). WiFi, TV, non-smoking. The beach is 250 m away. and shops accessible by the pedestrian dike. The sailing base is 2 mins walk and the hiking trail nearby.
