We are 5 minutes walk from the seaside, 5 minutes walk from the city center, 2 minutes walk from the main shopping street, 2 minutes walk from the racecourse and 5 minutes walk from the train station. (where there are many buses to get around the region)
Nice airport is 10 minutes away, motorway access 3 minutes allowing you to go to the Nice, Monaco, Italy side as well as the other side to Cannes.
