Pleasant garden of 120 m2 with terrace and arbor, deck chairs and barbecue. Close to a pharmacy and delicatessen and a few minutes from the Polygone Riviéra center. Walk on the banks of the Wolf from the village to the sea. Ideally located between Nice and Antibes. 6 kms from St-Paul-de-Vence (village artists), 20 km from Gourdon village perched on the road to Grasse etc ....
