This top of recent villa of 90 m², plus 50 m² of terrace, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and surrounding mountains.
You will enjoy a MAGNIFICENT Sunrise and Sunset breathtaking. Absolute tranquility, villa surrounded by maquis (7000 m² of land). The beaches and the center of Porticcio (shops and restaurants, etc ...) within 5 minutes drive (1.5 km).
Access to the accommodation is through an independent entrance or you can park, without problem, up to 3 cars.
