Regency Towers 202B - Come enjoy the peaceful views from this recently remodeled beachfront 2br/2ba condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Every detail has been hand-selected and includes new couches, new bedding, new artwork, new flat-screen TVs in every room, new patio furniture and so much more. This condo features its own washer/dryer while other units in the complex do not.

Regency Towers are located just east of all the shops & restaurants of Pensacola Beach. The great thing about Regency is that you don't have to deal with the crowded condos and high rises right at the bridge, but yet it's only a short commute to enjoy all the shops & restaurants that we all love so much. There is also the FREE beach shuttle adjacent to the community that takes you up and down the Beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community amenities include a beachfront pool, community clubhouse, tennis courts, new pickle ball courts and elevator access.

Property was as advertised. First beach condo we have visited without beach towels. Lots of books, games and beach toys for children. Wet sheets were in dryer when we arrived so dried them in order to use it ourselves. May want to bring extra toilet paper for longer stays because there were only 2 small rolls. Balcony was comfortable. Many utensils & appliances for cooking. Pool seemed to be well- maintained even though we hit the beach. Really appreciated the agreement with the beach set up company for 2 chairs and an umbrella without charge. Great location for less crowded sand, shells and a variety of restaurants.

We have a new cleaner this year and this is the first issue we've had of any kind. I'm not sure what may have happened with leaving sheets in the dryer, but we will certainly check with her. We also always leave 1 roll on the holder 1 spare. Anything else is the responsibility of the guests. We did reach out the day after arrival to see if you had settled in, but we never heard anything from you until seeing this review. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any issues during your stay, and we'll do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. We do appreciate you staying with us and we hope you have a wonderful summer!

Everything was available Had to stop the repair job above us on Monday quiet the other two days thanks for that Towels were not useable due to odor and the same bathroom it smelled of urine . Ok in the kitchen Other that it was nice thank you pool and beach very nice

The unit was NOT cleaned when we arrived. Cleaner came promptly after notifying manager. After cleaning, unit was a nice place and location. The pool however was closed for maintenance. Probably getting ready for Spring Break starting next week. I would stay again; perfect size for 4 guests. Located in quiet area, away from bars/restaurants, etc. Entire property was nicely maintained.
