Charming Original Lake Norman Cabin in Great Location - Come relax and enjoy!

If you are looking for the true lake living experience on a budget - this 864 square foot cabins offers everything you could need for a great vacation. The location is fantastic nestled in the heart of multi-million dollar homes and properties. It's almost hard to believe this little gem still exist here.

The private yard is populated with large trees and offers a big natural sandy beach with big cove/island views. The cabin itself has a really neat old stone fireplace, comfortable furniture & beds, and clean. It is well stocked with free coffee, spices, cooking utensils, linens, towels and everything you might need.

There are TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room with Netflix and to YouTube TV to enjoy High Speed WiFi for your other devices.

Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee in the large screen room or the deck watching the ducks, geese and the occasional herd of deer. Although tempting, we ask you please Do Not feed any of them :)

At lunch time fire up the Gas Weber BBQ grill or the charcoal grill to cook your favorite foods. The Horseshoe pits and corn hole games will keep you entertained when you are tired of swimming in the lake.

The Private dock offers a seating area and a jetski port available for your use if you rent or bring your own PWC. Great fishing here also with rods and tackle provided for your use. 3 kayak with one being a double for your use and a paddle board.

This will be a clean environment for you to come enjoy the lake. Rest Assured! We also offer a very relaxed cancellation policy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed the screen porch with beautiful views of the water and deer every morning. We enjoyed the kayak, paddle board and water floats. The private beach was everything. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was having to leave.

Such a wonderful getaway! Kayaking, relaxing on the beach and watching the deer and the ducks! Convenient to stores for necessities and such a peaceful community. Absolutely a perfect vacation spot!

The settling of this cabin on LN could not be better. My son and I caught dozens of fish off the dock while my wife enjoyed the sunsets. Wish the people moving in today had canceled cuz we would have stayed!!

If you want lake front, large private yard and huge beach area this is your spot. The screen in porch added another room to enjoy the view of the lake. The cabin offers old charm character feel. Are stay was everything we could hsve wished for, quiet, clean and right on the lake. Nothing was to far away as far as food or entertainment. We had a great time spending 2 nights at the cozy cabin. It was so relaxing and peaceful , we were greeted by unexpected visitors a herd of dear around the property which is very cool experience! We caught a lot of cat fish and enjoyed kayaking around the lake! The host is very responsive to questions and very informative , the property has everything we needed from kayaks, paddle board, water tubes, even complementary coffee and wine! We were happy with pur stay and definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a cozy experience!!

This was our second time getting to enjoy this cozy cabin. We loved our stay once again. The inside of the cabin was nice and clean and had everything that we need and more. There was a slight insect problem though. We loved all of the outdoor areas. Especially the dock and being able to get in the water through the beach was so much fun. Some updates need to be done on porch boards and the dock boards. There are quite a few rotted areas that, if you’re not paying attention, you could fall through. And the ladder could use a good cleaning. It is covered in algae and so slick that you can’t stand on it. I tried scrubbing it with a broom but it didn’t help that much. And we also liked it better when the ladder was on the end of the dock where we like to jump in, but that’s just our personal pickiness . We had a great time and loved our stay. Thank you so much for having us again. Hopefully we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozy Cabin! We kayaked everyday, cooked on the grill, enjoyed the dock and had a fire in the fire pit every evening! Stunning sunsets, so peaceful and we had gorgeous weather all week! This is our second stay at this property and we can’t wait for next year to visit again! We had a wonderful time at the cozy cabin. The attention to detail, even adding a birthday welcome since we were there for my husband's birthday was so appreciated. Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed grilling each night, fishing and being on the private beach during the days. Gorgeous views. We would absolutely stay here again! Full Disclosure - I am helping my friend rent this property until he is ready to build his dream home. The added bonus is the super cool antique cottage that graces it's shoreline. I used to live across the street from this cabin for over 13 years and spent many a day swimming at the beach, playing poker and horseshoes, fishing off the dock, and relaxing with a cocktail around a fire. It's a fantastic place to experience Lake Norman set in an incredible location. It's the perfect place to stay and play, with the dock available for you to use whether you rent or bring your own watercraft. Kayaks are provided, fishing poles, and everything inside you could need.

What makes this property unique

Located down an original lake road in the heart of The Point Community that Features the Trump International Golf Club Charlotte. You get to enjoy all the beauty when driving into the property and then enjoying your own heavily wooded and private cabin with a great cove view. It's one of the few properties on the lake with a natural sandy beach. The owner also created a sandy beach on shore to enjoy which is being professionally beachscaped spring of 2021. You can't go wrong vacationing in this property for almost what it costs to stay in a stuffy hotel.
