Comfortable apartment located in Perros Guirec, 600 meters from the customs trail and Trestraou beach. Ideal for 4 people, the apartment has all the equipment to spend a very pleasant holiday. Located on the ground floor of a house 5 minutes walk from local shops, the accommodation is quiet and spacious (60m2) with two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large bathroom (12m2) with a large bathtub / shower, a separate toilet and has two private parking spaces. The bedding is new and comfortable (160x200 + 2x 80x200), and the kitchen fully equipped. The apartment has a small private courtyard with a terrace.

A cot, a booster seat and a specific bathtub will welcome baby.

Appartement indépendant au RDC d'une maison,donc petite terrasse et parking privatif,au calme,mais non loin du centre et de la plage.Sympa et très fonctionnel en tous points,sauf peut-être en ce qui concerne la hauteur de la baignoire.Le loueur est très à l'écoute,disponible et donne tous les renseignements pratiques.Je recommande cette location.

Logement à Perros Guirec

Situé à la Clarté soit à 30 min à pieds du centre ville de Perros Guirec, 5 min à pied de la belle plage de Trestaou. Pour le port de Perros il faut la voiture. 3 min du sentier des douaniers. Voiture indispensable pour supermarché et visiter les environs ou être nons marcheurs. La côte qui mène à la plage est très raide.

Belle appartement! Cuisine superbe bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Les chambres propre avec des très bon lits. Les commerces sont a proximité et avec un bon choix. Les resto à Perros-Guirec ont un superbe rapport qualité prix... un séjour à conseiller!

Saubere, komplett mit Putz- und Reinigungsmittlen eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Platz für zwei Personen. Die recht neue Küche ist selbst für Hobbyköche bestens ausgestattet. Nachteil war der nicht richtig befestigte Toilettensitz. Auf unsere Bitte um Reparatur wurde wurde geantwortet, dass der Mangel bekannt, aber eine Reparatur nicht möglich sei. Wenn man sich aber vorsichtig darauf setze, ürde der Sitz nicht mehr verrutschen.
