Brand new comfortable house in the countryside with private pool
Recent house very good state ideally placed for visits of Périgord.
3 bedrooms of 13 m2 with double beds.
Bathroom with shower and bath
Large lounge dining room with bay window 65 m2 open to the fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen overlooks the partially covered terrace and the private wooden pool.
Plancha, barbecue provided as well as sheets and towels.
The village has a grocery store, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy.
Nearby grotto tourtoirac, excideuil castle and Hautefort, museum of truffles, the Venice of Périgord Brantome.
Perigueux is 25 minutes away by car.
Lascaux, Sarlat, Bergerac one hour.
Renting our house during our own holidays we ask our guests if it disturbs them to feed our cat Malabar living mainly outside during their stay.
