The property was very clean and sat right on the beach front. The veiw was great and the beach access was a short walk. The host Shannon was awesome. Shannon texted all the info needed for parking and checking in. We normally stay in a hotel, however our stay at this property has changed our minds for future visits. It’s all about the view! The other things were annoying but the view was grand. There was a broken shade that took a long time to get almost fixed. The maid came back to clean the filthy balcony touch areas, the window frames with black gunk, and what looked like black mold at the wall floor joint in the main shower. She said it should be caulked. The furniture is nice and comfortable except the dining room. Requests to the “property manager “ were mostly unfulfilled promises. Never fixed light over stove or the bath sink drain.

Awesome location and views. We spent 3 days playing cards while looking at the ocean. Sunset walks on the beach and close by restaurants just made a perfect weekend better. Great location with a great host!!

The Penthouse Suite is an absolutely amazing place to stay! This is our second time visiting and the stunning views, beautiful condo suite and outstanding attention to detail in addition to the wonderful amenities, make it our favorite place to visit. Lovely Lincoln City Beach

Had such a relaxing time at your condo. Great views of the ocean. Saw grey whales from the deck. We took long walks on the beach. It was a perfect get away.
