Splendid pink house of the 1900s, with extraordinary garden overlooking the sea ("the most beautiful view of the Normandy coast" said Proust, a regular visitor).
Main house: 4 bedrooms (possibility 5), 2 bathrooms, washbasin in each room, library, study, large living room with two French windows overlooking the garden and the sea, lounge, piano, television, DVD player, kitchen, office.
Small house: large workshop (bedroom), studio.
3 terraces, one large, on the sea.
Beach at the bottom of the garden, 2 km from the center of Trouville, train station 3 km.
Hut at the edge of a large pond at the bottom of the garden.

A home with personality

Amazing garden and views to the sea. Access to the beach is strictly for the young and agile at the moment and not for those of a certain age like me ! However I understand that the wooden steps and balustrade will be renovated. This is a home with a comfortable, lived -in feel.

Un superbe jardin, des apéros devant un coucher de soleil sur la mer. Un très bon week-end. Un rafraichissement de la maison serait un vrai plus. Patricia est une hôte très gentille et disponible.

Maison non entretenue

Vieille maison charmante bien placée, mais non entretenue. Menage mal fait. La maison était sale. Très sale, poussiéreuse avec des toiles d’araignée partout. Trop cher pour les prestations

Ce monsieur veut sans doute parler de la petite maison-atelier donnant directement sur le jardin, qui ne lui était pas ouverte. Il y avait eu 9 heures de ménage dans la grande maison. Après mon séjour d un mois. Un grand nettoyage de printemps. Qui visiblement ne convainc pas certains hôtes pour le moins récalcitrants...
