The house is beautiful. The view from the deck is peaceful as it looks out toward the bay. We loved the 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy for all to help prepare meals. It is the perfect space for a family stay. We would definitely stay here again.

For the last 3 years we've been renting a vacation home from Pot-Nets to host the party. The homes are a perfect place to host such a gathering. I would recommend it to anyone.

The home is spacious, great layout for families, and fantastic views from the porch. The six person golf cart was great for exploring the community and activities. The home could use a few updates and repairs, but nothing that affected our stay. Truly a wonderful experience for our family vacation, we look forward to making Pot Nets our vacation destination.

Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth time renting in Pot Nets, third time renting Ever Dream. Reported issues with some of the lights not working and a towel bar that had pulled out the door. Nothing was fixed. Love the property, but we were disappointed in the service.

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

We stay in the Pot-Nets community because of its surrounding and close proximity to the outlets and other attractions at Rehoboth Beach. This is our first time at 522 Ever Dream and it's everything we expect in this community. In light of the current pandemic, the management company does a great job to ensure the safety of their guests. Well done!

Great place, but needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

The staff, specifically Debbie Wilhelm, was and has always been a pleasure to deal with. She should get a gold star.😀
