Booking Information:
Summer Season: 7-night minimum stay (Check-in: Sundays at 4 PM | Check-out: Sundays at 10 AM)
Off-Season: 2-night minimum stay
A signed rental agreement is required. Renters must be at least 25 years of age and provide valid proof of age.

Pet-Friendly Retreat:
We welcome your furry friends! (Dogs only, max of 2). There is an additional fee of $40 per night or $200 per week. Please note your pet in the reservation or call us ahead of time. They'll love the dog park!

Boat Slip Details:
Boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are conveniently within walking distance. Be sure to call us when booking your stay to reserve your slip! The slips accommodate boats up to 32 feet in length, with an average water depth of 4 feet at low tide.
