Soothe your soul in Serenity while admiring our tranquil bays and colorful sunsets! With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, this beautiful home is perfect for making memories with the whole family. Soak up the breath-taking views from the open porch, or relax by the fireplace on the cold evenings in fall. The fully equipped kitchen with wet bar and spacious living/dining area allow for the perfect gathering. You are a short stroll from the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 for the week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. A great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "The Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist.

Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat; average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

Magnificent !!!

This house was wonderful in every aspect. There was nothing we can say was bad with anything-except the weather !!!!! We loved the amenities, floor plan, comfort of the beds, cleanliness, decor and communication with the property manager. Everything was excellent !!!!!!!!

thanksgiving rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice property to have thanksgiving. However, the ice maker and water did not work out of the fridge. We also had a hard time with the fans and lights not working throughout the house. A few remotes did not have batteries or they did not work. One remote worked for 2 separate rooms. It would have been nice to just have light switches that worked the fans and lights.

Great Family Rental
