The was our second time staying at this property. It is a beautiful house and the entire family, including the dogs had a great time. We even caught 3 stingrays right from the dock.
Place was very roomy and had a spectacular view. Plenty of room for a family of 10. Secluded but was 20 min to downtown Rehoboth. Paradise grill was awesome and there is a cut playground there. Loved our time at this one
I highly recommend this house. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and pretty. The location and view were beautiful and private. It was the perfect home for a family or other group trip. The host was very responsive and helpful.
The house was great. Great quiet, secluded location. We kayaked off the dock…a little hard getting on the kayaks w little ones…swam at the secluded beach w the little ones and our dogs. All in all, a great week!
The house was beautiful and we had a lovely time hanging out on the private beach. There was plenty of parking in front of the house for our large crowd and the neighborhood was very quiet.
I do recommend visitors bring their own water filter or gallons of water, as the fridge filter doesn't quite remove the "swamp" flavor.

Thanks for the review, Lisa. We've never had a complaint about the water in the fridge. There are filters there for the fridge. You would just need to bring it to my attention.
This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and we all had a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and we enjoyed the amenities. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit at night and playing in the large yard. The dock was an amazing place to take some beautiful pictures with great sunsets in the background. The hosts were lovely and were always available. I would love to stay again if I'm back in the area and would recommend it to anyone else.
My family enjoyed a two-week vacation at this property. The living area is very spacious with spectacular views! There was plenty of room for TV, cards, and games, as well as a spacious kitchen and dining areas.
We especially enjoyed walking to the Preserve Beach area with the dogs, kayaking on the bay, and sitting on the dock to take in the sunset.
This house is one to come back to again. The owner was very responsive to questions and requests.
Thank you so much for an enjoyable vacation!

James, thank you for the review. We are happy you enjoyed our home and your vacation.
This was our first time renting a house. We were so happy with our decision to book this house. Daron was responsive from the start and continued to be throughout our stay. The outdoor space was great. We spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and crabbing. The fenced in yard was great for our dog too. The house had amazing views of the bay and plenty of room for all of us to fit comfortably. Daron had suggested watching the fireworks from the dock and I’m so glad we did. You can see the fireworks all around the lake. We would definitely book this house again as we had a very enjoyable stay.
We had to thread a lot of needles to find the right house for our group and this place not only did that but exceeded our expectations. We had ages 2 yrs to 80 yrs, we had a handicapped person, we had pets, etc. The house worked really well for everyone. The star attraction is the beautiful back deck overlooking the bay. A constant source of beauty and calm. If there was one drawback, it was the congestion and traffic getting to the beach. The area is undergoing a lot of development. Thank goodness this place was a true refuge from all that. Plus our host was amaziningly responsive to the inevitable questions that arise. Thank you!
We left yesterday and I already miss the water view! The house was very comfortable and a good layout for two families with young kids. It’s so peaceful to sit on the dock and back deck.
The only downside of our vacation was all the traffic to get to Rehoboth Beach. A local told us the traffic was unusually bad during our stay.
We found it easier to get to Lewes Beach and better for the kids anyway because there are no waves.
We also loved exploring the little beach across the road from the house when the breeze was sufficient to keep the bugs away.

We are happy you enjoyed our home and hope you created some memories while vacationing.
Daron & Danielle
This trip was just what we needed! Our family suffered a loss days before our trip & Daron was so kind and allowed us to entered the home early since we had to leave our week early.
The house was just what we needed to keep our minds occupied and relax by the water with beautiful sunsets and fishing off the dock.
Plenty of room for our big family and easy access to Town to go jet skiing and Pontoon rentals for sand bar excursions!
The house had everything we needed, the yard was perfect for our dog.
Morning coffee with water views watching the boats, dinners we used the bbq grill and relaxed to music using the great outdoor sound system & seeing fireworks on the bay! Our young adults can’t stop talking about the days we spent together on Rehoboth bay! Great memories in your Wonderful home thank you!
This property didn’t disappoint. The house was perfect for our family vacation. The private beach was great for our dog and 2 yr old granddaughter. My older kids enjoyed the fishing from the dock. It was the best fishing we ever had on a vacation. Would definitely recommend this house.
We liked to size and layout of the house, the large deck and the location on the Bay. We enjoyed the dock and gazebo for fishing and crabbing. Overall, we had a very enjoyable week and would consider this house for a future visit. Cleaning that was done prior to our arrival was not up to expected standards, we also were blamed for some of that lack of cleaning. The yard was large but very dusty due to lack of upkeep/watering of the grass - mostly weeds and a lot of bare spots. Some fencing needed repair, as did some lights along the dock area. The charcoal grill was good, but there was no charcoal (we were told it would be available and had to buy our own).
Beautiful home in the Rehoboth area, on the water of Rehoboth Bay but away from the busyness of Rehoboth. Very secluded and quiet, but only 25 - 35 mins from Rehoboth Beach. The owners were easy to work with and the home is well kept! My family and I very much enjoyed the house and location.
The dock with the gazebo was wonderful. We enjoyed the morning breeze and beautiful sunset daily while chatting with friends in the gazebo! While we stayed there, we didn't really feel the need to go somewhere because we didn't feel bored at all! It is a great place to have a relaxing summer vacation.
Beautiful large home with great access to the water. Good for boating, fishing and crabbing. Good location for visiting both Delaware and Maryland beaches. Shopping is only 15 minutes away with lots of outlet stores. This house is located in more of a country type location but the peacefulness was nice. Great views of the water and sunset. The neighborhood was definitely upscale and safe. Enjoyed this vacation very much and would do it again.
A peaceful and relaxing time bayside. Our family enjoyed the views and experience catching plenty of fish and bird watching. Our stay was comfortable with room for family to make many memories with each other.
It was very clean and plenty of room. The grandkids loved the dock. The wildlife was a hit with the grandkids. It's only 10 mins from rehoboth, but loved the secluded area. We will definitely rent this house again.

About the host
Hosted by Daron and Danielle Morrill
Hello, my name is Daron and my wife's name is Danielle we live in Pennsylvania. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. I've been coming to Lewes, Delaware since I was a little kid. Our family enjoys coming down and unwinding and enjoying the food and many activities this area provides and hope you will too.
Why they chose this property
This property was bought my parents in 1990, which it was just a small cottage. My Dad was in construction and in 2006 we tore down the original house and rebuilt the one today. He did this so that the family could come together and enjoy the beach life. He was big on making memories. We hope you can make memories here with your loved ones that will last a lifetime.
What makes this property unique
This property is secluded enough to get away from the busy beach but close enough you can enjoy all the activities within a short drive. We particularly like to get a beverage and sit at the gazebo and just listen to the water and watch the sunsets. In the morning we like grab a cup of coffee and sit on the deck and listen to everything wake up to a beautiful day. We hope you will get to experience these things and maybe create your own.
