Vacation at 550 Coastal Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental house and the surrounding area were beautiful. The amenities were endless. We loved the Paradise Grill Restaurant, the pool, the beach, kayaking, fishing and the lovely water view.

Unhappy with this years unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed in pot nets for many years and have been very satisfied until this year. The rental was smaller and the noise carried throughout. The cabinets throughout the rental slammed when you closed them and the sound carried throughout. There was only one entrance and exit. This ended up being a saftey issue for one of our guest because the main door handle broke.The porch was large with no steps but a doorbell on the outside. The 2 sliding glass doors on the front had no blinds. The air conditioner was very loud inside. 2 of the bedrooms didn’t have dressers. One of the master bedroom’s bathroom shower was awkward to enter near the toilet. The bathroom with a bathtub was large but had an unusually small bathtub that could only be used for a child. My mother-in-law had a hard time getting out because there wasnt enough room. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work and that left us with 1 tv.. We were very disappointed. When I booked it they didn’t have photos because it would not be done until May. I think it was a rush to finish and many things were overlooked.We were all very disappointed and a few of us left early.
