The building has been completely renovated, located in a locality (Les Chanières) near Les Sables d'Olonne and 8 km from the large sandy beaches watched over in high season.
Bordered by fields, not far from the national forest and the salt marshes which make the specificity of the region, the property offers comfortable access to shops and services both in the village (Bakery, grocery store) as well as in neighboring towns (Large surfaces)



Housing:
Built on three floors, the mill is fully equipped, offering essential living comfort in an ideal setting:
- On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave) and TV.
- 1st floor: bathroom with Italian shower, W. C and heated towel rail
- 2nd and 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping places including the master bedroom with TV.
- The mill also has an independent terrace with table, chairs and barbecue available to travelers.



Additional Information :
- Provision of towels and sheets at 12 euros / person for the entire stay.
- In the summer season, reservations for full weeks are preferred.
- Possibility to rent the entire property including '' The remains of the miller '' located a few meters away that can accommodate up to 4 people.
- Cleaning costs: Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants at the end of the stay. The cleaning costs taken at the time of the reservation will be transferred to you after the inventory of fixtures on departure provided that the condition of the premises conforms to that of arrival on the premises.
