Perfect space, walking path to the beach was close and such a nice perk. The pool area is beautifully lanscaped and the pool was clean and refreshing. I cooked most meals there, kitchen was well equipped. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Mr. Nick is a very good host. Small internet problem he fixed immediately. The condo is very clean. Well stocked. Umbrellas are newish at pool. The grills need replacing. However, there is a charcoal grill if you are inclined. Easy walk to beautiful beach. We walked in the morning, sunned during the day, beautiful sunsets in the late afternoon. Great show put on by nature- dolphins, pelicans, seabirds and jumping mullet! Parkin on site. Use the elevators to load and unload.

We were there for a conference at the Marriott. We rented cruiser bikes and it was so fun getting around town like that. Nicks place was a great location, quiet and right across the street from the beach.
