Come to Palm Springs and enjoy a relaxing desert experience. This fully remodeled two-story condo is located in the Baristo neighborhood, within easy walking distance to exciting downtown Palm Springs, including wonderful restaurants, cafes, theaters, shops, and more.

This resort style condo complex features lush landscaping, multiple pools and spas, and plenty of outdoor spaces for entertaining and enjoying the desert air. There is a great combination of friendly full-time residents and vacation renters.

The remodeled condo is fully equipped and furnished with everything you'll need to enjoy your desert stay, including high speed internet. The first floor of the condo features an open floor plan with plenty of space for you to spread out and relax, including a living room with a flat screen television and a ceiling fan, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen, including a great selection of small appliances, gadgets, and cookware. Also, there is a half bath on the first floor of the condo.

The second floor of the condo features two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed, both with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. There is a full bathroom with access from both the hallway and the master bedroom, in addition to a laundry room with full size side-by-side washer and dryer.

One of the great features of the condo is the very large quiet, private rear patio with a wonderful view of palm trees and direct access to the condo complex. The patio features seating area, a dining table and barbeque to enjoy morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day, as well as the warm desert breeze.

Paradise in 🌴 Springs

Kevin’s condo is fabulous and in a wonderful complex. Beautiful deck overlooking a grove of palms, friendly residents and within walking distance to downtown. I will return again!!!

A Fantastic Condo!!!

Kevin’s condo is a fantastic home away from home. The best deck ever set among a grove of 23 majestic palm trees. Newly remodeled very tastefully on both floors. A quick 15 minute walk to downtown and a short drive to Ralph’s grocery store. 2 pools and hot tubs with a great view of the mountains.

Palm Springs gem, walking distance to downtown!

Kevin's property is just perfect. It is outfitted with everything you may need for an extended vacation in Palm Springs - comfy sofa, nice TV + sound, solid internet, large deck overlooking the pools, and the most comfortable king bed in the master that I've ever slept on. The complex is lovely - in fact, I love it so much that I just bought a condo here myself!

Better IRL than in pics

Good location (close to downtown). The apartment is fully equipped. We really enjoyed the patio and the jacuzzi(s). Kevin is a great host. He prepared everything that we needed like dishwashing soap, detergent, paper towels, etc.

Great Location!

Kevin is a very gracious host. Upon arrival, he met us and showed us around the property. This two floor unit is quite spacious and very well stocked with essentials. The beds are very comfortable and we really enjoyed having a working fireplace. The outdoor patio was a huge bonus; very large and well furnished. It's a great location, well within walking distance to shops, restaurants, trails and the Casino. The unit could use a new carpet, the master bedroom window needs attention and we weren't crazy about the downstairs bathroom door. Other than that, it's a great vacation home!

The most beautiful terrace surrounded by a grove of palm trees. A short 20 minute walk to downtown for shopping and dining. Newly remodeled and very clean. A most wonderful place to stay for a vacation in Palm Springs.

Ideal condo in an ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8-week stay in this Baristo neighborhood condo. Kevin is an attentive host and has provided essentially everything one might need for a long stay. We were particularly impressed with the well-equipped kitchen and spacious outdoor patio. As important for us, the condo’s location meant that we didn’t have to rely on a car. We were able to walk to grocery and drug stores, coffee houses, parks, the Saturday farmers market, a multi-screen cinema, and the downtown district within 20 minutes. Other trips were easily managed with very reliable Uber services. All in all, the condo allowed us to feel very much at home in Palm Springs.

Lovely condo in a great location

Kevin's condo had everything we needed during our 2 month stay. The decor throughout the condo is modern and stylish. The kitchen is small, but had the essential tools and cookware to prepare our meals. The bedrooms had ample storage and comfortable beds. The condo is also walkable to downtown restaurants and shopping. Kevin was a great host. He was always available to address any questions that we had.
