Beachfront Studio condo~just remodeled!

Beautiful newly renovated beachfront studio condo, with 2 brand new Queen beds! New flooring, all new furniture (including mattresses), stainless steel appliances, and a brand new 55" TV. The sand is pearly white, and the water is beautiful! Come and enjoy my freshly painted and updated condo, just steps from the beach! This unit has a beautiful picture window with one of the best views in the building! You will find the kitchen fully equipped to cook those quick meals, or snacks. The condo does NOT have a balcony in the unit, but just step outside and down the halls there are several communal balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon cold beverage. The beach is literally just steps from this great condo! The bathroom has a full combination tub/shower for your convenience. In addition to an outdoor pool, Top of the Gulf provides a fitness center, computer room and Childrens pool along with a snack shack (open in season) for quick meals and beverages! There is a laundry room with washer/dryers on the second floor of the building and all even floors. It is across the hall from the elevator.
Guests must visit the TOG office on the 2nd floor to purchase a $30.00 parking/visitor pass on arrival.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and well appointed. The condo couldn't have been any cuter and Pam was easy to work with and when we had to contact her with a question she answered right away. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing trip for me and 2 other girls! The only information I would add would be about emptying the dehumidifier. But this was a comfortable, clean, and organized stay and process leading up to our stay :) thank you Pam!

This studio condo is charming, upscale and fabulous! It was absolutely perfect for my husband's and my mid-week stay. Pam did an amazing job in decorating down to every little detail. It was so beautiful, clean, peaceful and welcoming. It looks right onto the beach with its large windows and the smartly placed eating shelf with barstools beneath them, it offered us gorgeous views of the emerald waters and white sandy beach. The complex had very helpful and friendly staff from the check-in manager to the complimentary beach chair/umbrella manager. The pool is pretty and well maintained and you are only steps to the sand. We will definitely look forward to returning to this unit again in the future, We were grateful to have Pam as the kindest VRBO owner we have ever rented from, and her communication was excellent.

This was our second time staying in this delightful condo, and it was just as great the second time as it was the first. The condo is clean, well stocked, and has a great view of the beautiful beach. We also love that it comes with beach chair service. The host is quick to respond to any questions and checked in with us during our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view of the beach and pool from this room. The room was the perfect size for the two of us but could accommodate a third person. Our host, Pam, was awesome and stayed in contact with us throughout the stay. I highly recommend this place (just not when we have it! LOL)

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay! Our studio was so stinkin cute with everything we needed. Pam was a great host, giving suggestions on things to do and checked in on us to make sure everything was great. Highly recommend this room! The ocean/pool view was amazing. We would deffinately stay again.

Great quiet place on the Gulf

The location was as promised and pictured. We were right in the beach, had amazing views and close to all that we needed. I started my day with morning beach walks and then relaxed with the beach chairs which were included with the rental. I enjoyed the security of the location as well. We had an amazing vacation.

Concert weekend

We had a great stay. The property has a beautiful view the best actually even though there was no balcony we didn’t miss it. The only things that was missed was a fan and a floor length mirror. Minor things but over all a great place to stay.

Top of The Gulf

Our experience with this property was great! Our stay included two free beach chairs and umbrellas. The property is close to many popular restaurants such as Pineapple Willy’s and Gulf Coast Burger Company. I enjoyed using the pool and the ocean view was gorgeous. Everyone made me feel safe and welcome, and the property was clean and as pictured in the description. I would definitely book here again!
