Columbia is a one bedroom, one and one half bath apartment located in the historic Mariner House, an interval ownership property. Mariner House is located thirty miles off the coast of Cape Cod on the beautiful island of Nantucket. In the heart of the quaint historic downtown quarter you can immerse yourself in a bit of whaling history. In 1846 Master Mariner and Whaling Captain William Jernegan built the Mariner house as a private residence. It has since been renovated into six tastefully decorated apartments, operating year round. Mariner House is within walking distance to the worn cobblestones of Main Street, to casual and gourmet dining, beautiful beaches, boats, boutiques, galleries, historic landmarks and museums.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was more spacious than I realized by the pictures and location was excellent. You are directly in town and less then a 5 minute walk to the Whaling Museum where we took the Wave around the island. Tracy checked in with us during our stay as well which was very kind! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends! Thank you!

Perfect location and an excellent stay!

The apartment was perfect for us - we loved it!! It was very clean and worked great for 3 adults. The bed in the pull-out couch was totally comfortable and it was really nice to have two bathrooms. Plus, the location couldn’t possibly be more convenient and central! Tracy was accommodating and super easy to work with. We spent the whole weekend saying how lucky we were to have gotten to stay there! We really loved it and hope to come back soon!
