Great view

Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The easy access to the beach was definitely a positive. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee each morning. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a nice size and easily accommodated 4 adults and 5 children, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We would recommend the property to friends and would certainly stay here again!

One afternoon, someone came in while we were on the beach, turned on all the TVs and did not fix anything. Beatiful and clean!

This is a beautiful property. The space was convenient, and you cannot beat the large patio and amazing views. It seemed hat some of the pillows/ cushions on the sectional are feathers, and my wife is allergic. I suggest noting this in the listing in case it can be an issue for other travelers. Otherwise it was great!

Loved our stay!!!

Condo was perfect for what we needed!! Great views, clean, plenty of space, and right by the pool and beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Only negative and has nothing to do with our specific condo, but security was a little much. Security banged on our door 9 pm to tell us about towels with our baby sleeping and chased down our car to check our parking pass. Also told us not allowed to throw small balls in the pool (we have a baby with us and thought that was excessive.) no complaints otherwise!!

Perfect Getaway

This unit was perfect! Spent most of our time on the balcony, the furniture is as comfortable as it looks. The inside sofa was also plush and the beds slept great too! PP 303 was perfect in every way. We placed a call for maintenance, they showed up within 30 mins. The AC was serviced that day, as well as the slow draining bathroom sinks. They were slow again the next day so will need to be further assessed.

Great location

Great location but needs a refresh and repairing. One of the bunk beds was so wiggly I was hesitant to let my child sleep in it. The other bunk bed had such an awful mattress that every time my son moved it was REALLY noisy and woke up the other kids. Also, the toilet in the master bath is wobbly. Great location, easy check in, but I wouldn’t stay at this condo again.

Nice condo but needs better cleaning. The tile should have been wet mopped. Our feet were black from walking barefoot. We are former owners down there and our housekeepers were bad too. The HVAC system thermostat was constantly in need of resetting to be comfortable.

Needs a good clean!

The bunk beds need fixed. They wobble and the slats are broken so the mattresses sink in. The ladder is not even attached. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. Showers needed attention. Cobwebs by the ceilings. Trash still under beds. The couch cushions need cleaned. We actually cleaned the balcony cushions which also needed it badly! Location was great! Balcony was great!

Beautiful location

The condo is located in such a nice area. A few flaws with the room itself such as freezer door was froze shut, majority of outlets didn’t work, TVs were hard to operate . Be prepared there a a few “hidden” rules such as not being able to hang towels off banister or having music playing while relaxing on balcony. We had a group of 6 and only had 4 towels and washcloths for 4 days. A miscommunication with beach towels and hair dryers being readily available to us caused somewhat of a problem. Renting the beach chairs were easy but expensive. All in all a decent location but will look around before going back. The condo just needs some work done

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1st off this condo sleeps 10 and had 9 and there were only 8 towels and 2 wash clothes, 2 trash bags & 2 rolls of toilet paper. Then they closed the pool for the entire, which we did receive and email regarding 4 days before our arrival and that it was due to construction which lead us to believe the pool was being worked on, no the pool was closed off so that they could spend each day setting up a different area and then never did any work. There was no reason the pool had to be closed the entire time. I would not suggest this location to anyone until “construction” is complete.

Perfect location, but needs some maintenance

Our trip was a family of 10 (4 adults + 6 children ranging from 10 months to 15). There were pros and cons. The communication from day 1 was very quick to answer all of our questions. The location of Pelican Pointe was close enough to everything. The beach area was not crowded at all. We went different times of the day and were always able to get a spot at the front near the water. The balcony was very spacious and held all of our beach equipment and left plenty of room to lounge. Everyone loved the indoor and outdoor pool. The condo itself needs some work. A lot of the pots and pans were not in the best shape. The dishwasher did not work and with a crew of 10 was pretty terrible to hand wash dishes. The floors were not clean at all; our feet were black from walking barefoot within the 1st hour of being there. There was never enough hot water for more than 2 people every single night, so 8 of us had cold showers. The king and queen beds were not comfortable at all.
