I went back through our communication during your stay and noticed that you seemed very pleased throughout your visit and even extended your stay. During our communication with you, the condition of the floors was never mentioned. Had we known there was an issue, we would have addressed it immediately. Our policy is that if anything is not up to our standards, we encourage guests to contact us right away so we can resolve the situation, whether that means sending the cleaning team back out, replacing an item, or addressing any other concern as quickly as possible. We are very sorry to hear that the floors were not up to standard and understand your disappointment. We have already spoken with our cleaning team to address this issue and ensure additional attention is given moving forward. There is a North side Wind Drift building, that is where the pickle ball courts are located. There is a stoplight and pedestrian crossway to assist in getting over that way for access.
