I have always wanted to own a beach condo. I have been interested in starting a small business of short-term rentals to places that I enjoy visiting with my family. I currently rent properties in Biloxi and Orange Beach. I named my properties Someday Properties because we always say we will go there "Someday".

Why they chose this property
We have been coming the Orange Beach for 20 years. Me and my Wifes first visit to Orange Beach together was 25 years ago. Her family comes every year and we always stayed at the Phoenix I-IV. We used to sit on the beach with the free books when they first started selling condos on the beach and dreamed that Someday we would own one ourselves. So, in 2022 we were fortunate enough to have an opportunity to buy this unit in Phoenix II and decided to purchase it. We hope to continue to create memories with our family reunions each year but also share our condo with others to make their own memories. Our Someday finally became a reality and we want to help others make their Someday an experience they will remember forever.
