An exceptional property in a very good location near to restaurants and historic centre. We loved the indoor pool and the open plan space. Very well equipped with everything you could need and very straightforward communications with the charming hosts.

Amazing property. After a few days in Paris this oasis is just what we needed. And the property owners are incredibly responsive and care about your experience. Even hosting our arrival to provide a walk through and local guidance.

Beautiful Bordeaux

Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to the tram, easy to navigate. The hosts were delightful, very friendly and hospitable. Nicely appointed kitchen fully equipped.

Sandrine and Patrick were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, modern, and very comfortable. The locations was very convenient, with a grocery store and pharmacies nearby. The swimming pool was a fantastic bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Lovely home in Bordeaux

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Bordeaux at this lovely property. It was very spacious and quiet, with a pretty garden, patio room and fabulous indoor pool! Sandrine and Patrick were very welcoming (they brought us an excellent red wine and dessert of caneles) and helpful- the instructions to the appliances etc. were very clear. We were very comfortable!

Great fun

We were excited to stay at Patrick and Sandrine’s loft and it didn’t disappoint. It is probably one of a kind with the indoor pool, pool table and pinball. We thoroughly enjoyed spending the time together as a family here and it was lovely to have a dip in the pool after a day sightseeing. The loft was extremely quiet and secure and the air con in the bedrooms was very welcome. A holiday to remember.

Fantastic Bordeaux Home in a Great Location

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, one of a kind, home. The home was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and extremely well appointed. The indoor pool was a hit! The hosts, Sandrine and Patrick, greeted us warmly when we arrived and answered all our questions. They were communicative, helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this home!

First Class Property with Fantastic Amenities, Pool, Kitchen, Rooms and More. Fantastic Location, Close to Supermarket, Restaurants and Tram, also 10 minute walk to River Front or 20 Minutes to Centre of Bordeaux or a 5 minute Tram Ride. Finally and most importantly Fantastic Hosts, Great Communication, Informative and they go the extra mile including Patrick walking us to the nearest Shop on our first evening so we could pick up some items. Five Star All Round.

Wonderful stay and great hosts

Patrick and Sandrine were wonderful hosts. We ended up arriving a little early and they were flexible and easy to communicate with. When we arrived, they greeted us with some refreshments, some local pastry called Caneles, and a bottle of wine! The place was spacious and fun. Our kids loved swimming indoors and playing billiards and pinball. The kitchen was well equipped and we made good use of it when we were tired of going out to eat. There was grocery store nearby, too. Also, there are some nice restaurants and also a tram stop nearby, and getting around to different sites was easy. I would highly recommend staying at this place!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, Tramway à proximité, et à deux pas du vieux Bordeaux, Loft tout équipé (3 chambres, 3 salle de bain, Piscine Intérieure, Flipper, Air Conditionné, Thermomix), Et les propriétaires chaleureux et très arrangeants :)

Détente assurée

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette villa. Les hôtes sont disponibles et très réactifs. Nous avons été très bien reçu, avec des cadeaux de bienvenue. Aussitôt installés, aussitôt en vacances grâce notamment aux prestations de qualité comme la piscine intérieure chauffée, l'accessibilité au piano ou encore la pluralité des équipements de la villa. De plus, l’emplacement de cette villa est idéal pour se rendre en ville à pied et profiter du coeur historique de Bordeaux, tout en se situant dans une zone très calme. Cette villa est juste superbe !!! Nous la recommandons vivement et avons hâte d'y revenir.

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison

Nous avons séjourné avec nos 3 enfants entre 7 et 15 ans, et notre chat. L'accueil était très sympathique, avec des cadeaux de bienvenue. Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes du tram. Maison vaste de type loft, très lumineuse. C'est une maison de propriétaire donc parfaitement équipée et fonctionnelle, et également idéale pour les vacances. La piscine intérieure est grande et chauffée, donc extra pour des bains à toute heure. D'autres éléments ludiques (billard, flipper) et de détente (hamac) viennent compléter, avec une ambiance très zen. Le barbecue et les 3 lieux différents différents pour manger sont aussi top. La climatisation dans toutes les chambres est très appréciable. Bref, un super souvenir pour toute la famille.

Magnifique loft avec piscine intérieure. Tout était parfait, il ne manquait rien. Très bien situé à Bordeaux. Nous n'avons souffert que de la canicule (pas la nuit avec la clim), mais c'était le cas de tout le monde, et un peu des moustiques. La configuration de la piscine n'a pas permis à ma femme de se baigner. L'escalier ne permettait pas de descendre où elle avait .. pied. Nous sommes ages et peu alertes. Mais le ressenti général est excellent

Lovely Property in the heart of Bordeaux City.

This is a stunning town property in beautiful condition and a great location. The owners spoke perfect english and were their to greet us and show us around. Everything worked and the house was spotlessly clean. A short distance from the tram (2 stops to the Central square)and a supermarket just round the corner make this a perfect base to explore Bordeaux. The decor was modern and the kitchen was brand new and the bed and bathroom linen was all excellent quality. It really is as good as the pictures! This was a perfect stay :)

Couldn't be nicer hosts

Patrick and Sandrine could not have been nicer and more accommodating hosts. The house is better than it appears in the photos for sure. Great place to come back to after a long day of tours to take a dip in the pool and relax. The grocery store just two blocks away made for a convenient run for breakfast. You can catch the tram just three blocks away for easy transport to the city center. Highly recommend!!

Home of Sandrine and Patrick

This is a spectacular home with modern facilities and decor. The hosts are delightful, caring people who truly wish to make your stay the best possible vacation it can be. We were visiting in Aug during the hottest season on record. The bedrooms have wonderful air-conditioning. The main floor houses the swimming pool and can get more humid and warm but fans are provided and skylights can be opened to attempt to vent the air. The home is quiet, peaceful spacious. This is a five star location close to all sights and events. Don’t hesitate book.

Fabulous house for a great family holiday

This really was a tremendous property for a family holiday. The location is within easy walking distance of the centre of Bordeaux but the trams are just around the corner if you don't fancy walking. The beaches on the west coast (which are some of the best you'll find anywhere) are an easy 45 mins - 1 hour drive away. On street parking is available but the property has its own secure parking nearby which is great. The house is extremely spacious so you can find your own space but the open plan design meant we were never far from each other and not locked away in rooms (big bonus for us with teenagers!). With a great entertainment system, pool table, pinball table, piano and, of course, the swimming pool, we were never short of things to do in the house when we were in. Loads of room for playing games and having fun. The property is beautifully styled and extremely clean. I really cannot recommend it highly enough. Our hosts were extremely generous and welcoming so a huge thanks for that. The only problem I have is that they introduced us to the 'Canele' which is speciality cake from the Bordeaux region. I ate so many during our stay that I'm surprised the plane could get off the ground when we came back :-) .
