You'll have several spaces to relax in like in the open living room or out on one of the furnished decks. Test your skills on the Ping-Pong table or gather around the flatscreen TV for family movie night.

You'll be just steps away from entertainment options like lakeside dining at Tim's Crabhouse or playing mini golf on the Boardwalk at Lake Anna. Fish from the shared docks or launch your boat or kayak from the nearby slip. And Lake Anna State Park, which offers hiking trails and a sand beach, is less than 10 miles from your front door.

This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. There is a community launch that guests with boats can access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: Guest can tie up there boat to the very end of the community docks right next to slip #1. The boat ramp is a community boat ramp and is right across the street from the house, right next to the docks. Code to launch area changes every month. Must call in for code.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
