Pack up the family and head to this beautiful home located on a quiet, deep-water cove of the lake. The home is situated on the more publicly accessible side of the lake, with easy access to many great activities and attractions. Spend the day sampling the many restaurants, breweries, or wineries close by. Play a family round of mini golf, or head to Lake Anna State Park for a hike. Civil War battlefields, Goochland Drive-in theater, Kings Dominion amusement park, Dominion Raceway, and Spring Creek golf course are nearby for added fun during your stay.

When you're not out exploring or cruising the lake, make the most of the home's two-acre, waterfront location by swimming and fishing from the private dock. Anglers who bring their own gear and tackle can pick up bait from the nearby marina. Floats, paddleboards, and kayaks are also provided for added fun on the water. Multiple outdoor spaces include a sundeck and shaded patio complete with seating and lounge areas, plus a table for alfresco dining. At the end of the day, gather on the screened porch or take a soak in the private hot tub under the stars with a 'treehouse' feel surrounded by woods.

The high, vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows give this home a bright, open, and airy feeling. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. The large deck is the perfect place to gather for a cookout or just relax, listening to the sounds of nature. Challenge your friends or family to a game of foosball or air hockey. A rarity for the area, high-speed WiFi is equipped for remote working convenience. At the end of the day, rest your head in one of the spacious rooms for a good night's sleep.

This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch. The water at the dock to the home is roughly 10 ft.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are two cameras security cameras on this home. One is pointing out to the driveway and the other is pointing out to the back yard.

Dock details: Private boat dock where guest can tie up their boats.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
