Excellent, tucked away property. We had two families (4 adults, 3 kids), and had plenty of room to spread out. Property is within walking distance of a small beach area. Deck and firepit area were great! House had standard amenities and many available cooking utensils/coffee, which is always appreciated. We stayed over Labor Day weekend, and I liked that there were neighbors out and about, but it never felt too crowded.
