Experience the peace and tranquility of lakefront living at Edgewood Dream. Wake up to stunning views of the lake, enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck, and spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the water.

The open floor plan makes this house perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with loved ones. The main-level master bedroom offers privacy and comfort, while the lower-level family room provides a cozy space for movie nights. The two lower-level bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a queen bed, both offer beautiful lake views. Outside, you`ll find a gas grill, as well as two kayaks (including a double and single) for exploring the lake. Whether you`re looking for a family vacation or a weekend getaway with friends, Edgewood Dream has everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay at Lake Anna.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
No Events, No Pets, Must be 25 years of age, No Fireworks. To ensure a smooth stay, guests will be asked to complete a brief rental agreement and registration form after booking, and due to be completed within 10 days. No same-day bookings, unless approved in writing.

Our family loved our vacation this past week. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the dock enjoying the wildlife, fishing, swimming, etc. My kids favorite part of the house was Billy the Big Mouth Bass :) This was such a great spot for our family!

Family with adult children on summer vacation. We have rented many houses over the years in the Smith Mountain lake and lake Anna area, but we think this one might be our favorite lake house. It was very well located, was very well stocked and clean, and the lot being a gentle slope was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

House was really nice.distance to the pier was perfect.however I brought 2 jet skis and my boat an the lake was down 2-3 ft which made it extremely difficult to manage through out the trip.if i would of known this i would of went to a different lake.paying almost 5000 for the house would be good with the lake higher but knowing the level should of been much cheaper.would return if what i actually saw in the pics were true.was alot of work just keeping everything safe while we were suppose to be on vacation.

Lake Anna is currently experiencing lower-than-normal water levels due to the ongoing drought, as are other lakes throughout Virginia, including Smith Mountain Lake. When traveling to any destination, we always encourage guests to check current conditions rather than solely relying on conditions being “normal,” especially when bringing personal boats or watercraft. This property is advertised with dock tie-up for one boat, and bringing multiple watercraft may be more challenging during lower water levels. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you otherwise enjoyed the home.

The house is secluded yet easy access to whatever you want to do. Sitting on the boat dock and watching folks enjoying the Lake was peaceful and enjoyable. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out and communication was fast and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic stay

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and had the perfect lake view. The dock was just the icing on the cake. 10/10. We will definitely stay here again.
