The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all used beds & place the linens by the front entrance. Do not remove comforters, shams, duvet covers, or any mattress/pillow protectors.
Please lock all windows and doors before you leave. For the side door, use the keypad ONLY—do not lock the handle/deadbolt manually.
Please bag trash and place it in the outdoor bins in front of the garage (don’t move bins or leave overflow)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter Agreement and an initial deposit required when booking.
Quiet hours between 11pm-7am
Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, which does not cover any damages. NO CATS
