Casa Mila is a detached villa with heated pool and hot tub, set 20m from the sea in Punta Mujeres, a fishing village in the unspoilt north east of the island. The sea views from the villa are amazing. The property has three air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, modern fitted kitchen, living room with SAT TV, WI-FI internet connection, and a separate family room with PS2, DVD player, flat screen TV and a sofa bed which can sleep one additional persons (size 140 cm x 200cm). Outside is a covered pergola with dining furniture, generous patio areas, electrically heated pool with chlorine-free water treatment, hot tub, charcoal barbecue and sun lounger. Fishing, rock pool exploration and sea swimming can be enjoyed within yards of the villa. The cost of living is cheaper here than in the main tourist areas, and a small welcome pack is provided for your arrival.

Wonderful Location

After all, we had an excellent stay at Casa Mila. The location of the house was perfect and right next to the sea. During our stay, we had a wonderful time due to the calmness of this area. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Beautiful property in n outstanding position

A real home from home but with the added benefit of a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and the sound of the sea lapping the shore. Casa Mila is a stunning property in an outstanding sea front position, very spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The communication for the owners was excellent and the welcome pack was a lovely touch.

Lovely stay

Nice villa, with plenty of room and a good-sized pool. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the lack of a bbq. Punta Mujeres is quiet and non touristy which suited us perfectly. We weren’t prepared for restaurants closing at 8pm however, so bear this in mind if booking.

We had a great holiday in this fabulous house. Great location looking at the sea. So nice going to sleep to the sound of the waves. Very comfortable furniture inside and out. Spotlessly clean. Great communication with the owners. Look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful property

Casa Mila is a beautiful property in a fantastic location with picturesque sea views. The villa has everything you need, leaving you relaxed and worry free to enjoy your holiday. You do need to venture out of punta mujeres to access decent restaurants and shops, so I would definitely recommend hiring a car, as taxis can be pricey and are not always available when you need them.

A proper 5-star villa

This is an excellent villa, very well equipped and well laid out. It is in a small town, Punta Mujeres which has a real Canarian feel to it. You are close to a couple of small supermarkets, cafes and restaurants; parking is also very good outside. We like to walk and there are great coastal walks on your doorstep. Being in the north of the island it is ideally located for sightseeing and exploring away from the main tourist centres. (We would recommend you hire a car while staying there.) Lavinia, your host, is great and we really enjoyed our experience there. Thank you.

Amazing villa and location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was clean, well equipped and spacious. We spent most of our time in the pool area with the shaded seating area for relaxing and dining. The sea view was a real pleasure, with think we even saw whale’s breaching on the sea’s horizon on one the days! The restaurant next door was a bonus though we only ate there once. There was no issues with it being there, hardly any noticeable noise and it closed early most evenings. The village is wonderful too with a number of other restaurants within walking distance. The host was very helpful and provided good information on where to go and how to use the appliances. I would highly recommend this villa as it delivered everything we wanted from our stay in Lanzarote!

Relax verblijf met zee echt vlakbij

Vlotte communicatie met Lavinia en check-in via sleutelkastje. Comfortabele bedden. Alle slaapkamers kijken uit op zee. Dat is heel fijn maar lichte slapers houden er best rekening mee want zee en golven slapen nooit .

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Das Meer vor der Gartentür- endlose Aussicht und Meerrauschen von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang - fantastisch! Zum Schwimmen leider nicht geeignet, aber dazu hatten wir ja einen tollen Pool. Alle Räume waren bestens ausgestattet, was für uns, als Vielreiser keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Pool und Hausreinigung finden 1x pro Woche statt. Besonders nett fanden wir das"Willkommenspaket" im Kúhlschrank. Gute bis sehr gute Lokale in näherer Umgebung. Tolle, einzigartige Landschaft!! Schöne Ausflugsziele in näherer Umgebung. Die Insel ist nicht groß, so dass man in maximal einer Stunde alles mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen Gegend bei netten Leuten.

Es war alles super, und so wie beschrieben und noch viel besser. Das Haus ist der Hammer und die Vermieter sind immer im Kontakt mit uns gewesen. Man hat sich immer unterstützt gefühlt. So gar ein Berüßungspacket war da als wir angekommen sind. Bier Wein Brot und Wurst Hammer . Können es nur sehr empfehlen das Haus super erholsamer Urlaub kommen bestimmt wieder. Grüße Oliver

Erholsamer Urlaub in bester Lage

Wir Beide haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Casa Mila liegt direkt am Meer in bester Lage. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich nichts. Bei unserem Empfang stand ein Willkommenspaket bereit, Check-in und Check-out war sehr flexibel und großzügig, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern perfekt. Nach einer Woche erfolgte eine gründliche Zwischenreinigung. Absolute Weiterempfehlung, wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Das Haus "Casa Mila" lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und man wird bestens informiert, über alles was es in der näheren Umgebung zu finden gibt. Der Pool hatte, trotz der kühleren Temperaturen zu dieser Jahreszeit, eine angenehme Badetemperatur und wurde sehr gerne von meiner Tochter genutzt. Auch der Whirlpool hat zur Entspannung beigetragen.

Wundervolle Lage! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Casa Mila liegt direkt am Meer in einem kleinen Dörfchen und ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wenn man durch ein Gartentörchen geht, kann man entweder nach links oder rechts gehen und ist nach ein paar Metern an den Meerwasserschwimmbecken. Die Brandung ist Tag und Nacht zu hören -einfach toll! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts! Alles ist in sehr guter Verfassung und es funktioniert alles! Schön sind auch die drei Schlafzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer mit einer Schlafcouch und das drei Bäder vorhanden sind. Die SZ im 1. Stock haben alle Meerblick! Empfehlenswert ist das Haus durch seine ruhige, sehr schöne Lage. Direkt neben dem Haus ist ein spanisches Restaurant. Dies ist jedoch in keiner Weise störend. Wenn man einfache spanische Küche mag auch praktisch. Sehr angenehm ist die wöchentliche Reinigung des Hauses incl. Wäschewechsel und die Poolreinigung. Für uns die absolute Entspannung den Abend im Hot Tub abzuschliessen! Wir möchten uns herzlich bei den Vermietern Lavinia und Guialtiero Bracci für alles bedanken! Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir wurden hervorragend informiert, die vielen Restaurant Tipps sehr hilfreich. Auch sehr nett fanden wir, dass fürs Erste einige Lebensmittel extra für uns vorhanden waren! Danke schön! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

The sea views, the fact that one can swim and snorkel just outside home, the heated pool wit the sound of the ocean surf in the background. Dining under the pergola overlooking the sea. Waking up in the morning and having just the ocean in front of you makes one feel you are on a cruise. The fact that the beaches for surfing and wind-surfing are all within 5 minutes drive.
