Other than the burdensome contractual process with Stay Lake Norman, the rest of the experience was quite good. It was easy to communicate with the property management company.

Great Location and House with Plenty of Amenities
Hidden Harbor was everything advertised and more. From accommodating our early check in request to all of the property amenities included really made the trip a success. Would highly recommend.

Great house
We had a family gathering of 14 Nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor for everyone. The kids stayed up late in the game room so it was perfect. I was concerned about parking but we had 5 cars plus a truck. It was not a problem. Plenty of towels. Nice kitchen great pool!!! And loved the hot tub! I don’t like having to down load the app to do the check in but it did work. I was concerned because there seemed to be lots of rules. The communication with the company was very good and we had no problems.
