Benoit Beach is 2 minutes walk, it is ideal for families with its pedestrian embankment.
The building overlooks a small park with 3 tennis courts (possible reservation fee), a pool and a bowling green.
You will be 15 minutes walk from the port of Pouliguen where there is a market, restaurants, creperies and other shops.
The bright apartment is crossing with 2 large south east and north west terraces where you can have your meals. All rooms overlook one of the terraces.
The stay is convivial with 2 sofas and a table for 6 people.
The kitchen is independent and recently renovated.
The renovated bathroom has a large shower with lift seat and a sink. The toilets are separated.
Three beautiful bedrooms with a large bed and a closet or closet.
A closed garage.
The owner is not on site, the lease is managed by a concierge.
Linen rental is possible.
Bike rental is possible at Pouliguen.
We wish you a very good stay in the bay of La Baule. The salt marshes nearby and Guérande and the wild coast are also beautiful places to visit!

Très bon séjour
Excellent accueil. Hôte réactif et très à l'écoute. Appartement bien équipé. Appartement idéalement situé à 3 minutes de la Plage Benoit. Calme sur jardin. Donnant sur petit parc du Jardin Public avec tennis, bassin pour enfants. Je recommande vivement.

Très agréable appartement pour découvrir la baie de La Baule
Très belle situation à deux pas de la plage.
Appartement spacieux pourvu de 2 belles terrasses couvertes permettant de profiter de l'environnement à toutes heures.
Quartier calme.
Bonne adresse pour découvrir La Baule et ses environs à vélo et oublier la voiture le temps du séjour.
