La sapienza

In the heart of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche and a stone's throw from the grain de sel beach I offer you my house with garden, courtyard with parking for 2 cars, terrace in the shade of wisteria and with a view of the river.
The renovated house comprises on the first level, a living room, a living room with comfortable 2-seater sofa, kitchen and bathroom (whirlpool bath).
Upstairs a landing with dressing room, sleeping possibility (2 90 cm mattresses) and a large bedroom with 2 140 cm beds.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
In April the white wisteria is in bloom!

Il y a pleins d' endroits et sites à visiter plus magnifique les uns des autres. Une semaine c'est trop court et je n'ai pu voir tout ce que je voulais mais j'y reviendrais avec plaisir. L'hôte est très aimable, discrète.

Maison agréable et très bien placée prêt de la plage.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison avec double terrasse ombragée (très pratique pour les grandes chaleurs). La localisation de la maison est top : proche de la plage de Saint Martin d'Ardèche et donc à l'entrée des gorges de l'Ardèche. La propriétaire est sympa et arrangeante !

Très agréable séjour

Petite maison très agréable et idéalement placée, au centre du village, à 2 min de la plage. Propreté irréprochable, terrasse sous la glycine pleine de charme. Miriam nous a accueilli chaleureusement en nous donnant toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement sa charmante maison. Nous y reviendrons très certainement pour poursuivre la visite de cette magnifique région.

Sfeervol huis direct bij centrum en rivierstrand

Fijne tijd gehad in dit authentieke huis met veel ruimte, dat heel sfeervol is ingericht. Slaapkamer boven was wel warm, dus namen we de ventilator uit de huiskamer mee naar boven als we gingen slapen. Vanaf het terras kijk je over een deel vd rivier en is prima om te ontbijten of ‘s avonds nog even te zitten bv. Het huis heeft een privé ingang met parkeerplek. Vanuit het huis loop je zo het gezellige stadje in waar wat restaurantjes en terrasjes zijn en er was twee keer markt in de 5 dagen dat we er waren. Als je de weg oversteekt is er een trap naar het uitgestrekte openbaar rivier strand, met heerlijk warm zwemwater. Ze verhuren er ook waterfietsen, pedalos en kano’s en verderop wordt er volop van rotsen gesprongen en gedoken. Ook leuk is een wandeling de brug over naar het middeleeuwse dorpje Aiguèze. Vandaar uit kun je ook nog verder wandelen de heuvels in met prachtige uitzichten.

Authentiek, gerenoveerd en goed verzorgd op prachtige locatie.

Werkelijk fantastische locatie in het centrum van het dorp aan de rivier d’ Ardèche. Authentieke, gerenoveerde woning met binnenplaats en door blauwe regen overdekt boven terrasje. Besloten parkeerplaats voor de auto. Alles royaal aanwezig voor 6 personen en zeer schoon. Zelfs kano ter beschikking. Werden verwelkomt door de sympathieke eigenaresse, die normaal gesproken het pand bewoont. Het enige minpunt was het ontbreken van een wasmachine, vandaar 4sterren. Een aanrader voor diegenen die van sfeer en originaliteit houden. Super vakantie!
