House very pleasant to live in a quiet area, 5 minutes from shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, gym), 5 minutes from beaches and 5 minutes from restaurants and bars in the city center.
It consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a walk-in shower and a bath) 1 large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, several outdoor tables, resin garden furniture, a slate pool with outdoor plancha , sunbathing, an office with a terrace overlooking the sea.
The living room and the master bedroom are equipped with 2 plasma screens with Canal + and Sat channel on demand, wifi.
