A toy box completes the equipment.
ELECTRICITY ⚡ is included up to a flat rate of 50 kwh/night spent, the surplus is invoiced at 0.2268€ TTC per unit according to the HP EDF tariff in force on 01/08/2023 (meter reading on arrival and departure). This ELECTRICITY PACKAGE OF 50 KWH per NIGHT spent in the accommodation _(applicable only during the period between 1st October and 1st May of the year) _is normally sufficient for ‘normal and standard’ use of all electrical equipment (heating, hot water tank, lights, etc). All you need to do is avoid unnecessary consumption, such as overheating, turning off radiators and towel rails when the windows are open, simply lowering the temperature and turning off the lights when you're away from home during the day, etc. Thank you in advance for this eco-responsible approach to energy.

Excellent séjour
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants âgés de 4 et 2 ans. L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé, très bien situé'pour visiter la Normandie. Les propriétaires, charmants, sont très organisés, arangeants, et ont tout prévu. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter avec grand plaisir!

Adresse à retenir !
Je suis pleinement satisfaite de mon séjour, tout s'est très bien passé. La résidence est bien placée, les commerces et la plage sont à proximité et pas besoin de voiture pour s'y rendre (elle reste sur le parking comme c'est agréable!).
Le logement est très confortable (mention pour la literie!), propre, décoré avec goût et au calme dans une très belle résidence piétonnière. Je ne manquerai pas de revenir lors d'un prochain séjour et de conseiller cette adresse à d'autres intéressés par cette destination.
