Welcome to Seaside Villa 302 on Folly Beach! Soak in panoramic ocean views from this top floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo which features stunning views of the Atlantic and Folly Pier. You'll be staying right on the edge of the town with direct beach access next to the condo complex. Walk easily to all surf & souvenir shops, local restaurants, markets, entertainment, and all that this eclectic beach town has to offer. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-25 minute drive away to more sightseeing, history tours, and world-class shopping and restaurants.

Have your privacy with a full bathroom for each bedroom. Queen master bedroom has a private access door to the oceanfront porch. The open floor plan combines the kitchen and living area. Sliding doors open up to the oceanfront, full-length porch providing a picturesque backdrop for morning coffee, or a relaxing happy hour. Kitchen is stocked with all the amenities for the family chef needs to prepare and serve meals. Living area comfortable seating for the big-game or movie night.

This unit comes with 2 reserved parking spaces. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Elevator is not ADA compliant. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building; and a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, washer/dryer, shared elevator, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. Home is non-smoking. Home is not pet-friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Property is handled through a property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. Please contact us with any additional questions, or if you would like assistance booking. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

Often times the photos don’t match the actual property. In this case, the photos were a perfect match. Would certainly visit again. Easy access to the beach and restaurants/shops. Really nice condo. Do need a curtain on the LR window.

Great location, easy walk to all the shops and restaurants! Condo was very clean, but could use some updates. The outdoor deck area needs updated furniture, loungers would be nice too. Overall great place to stay, but be prepared for a little noise when the downtown area is busy. The views of the pier and ocean from the living area and deck are beautiful! Recommend this condo to anyone looking for oceanfront views!

Girls weekend - college friends for 30 years

Condo was perfect. Beautiful view of the ocean and a very short walk to town. We had a wonderful time - Folly is a great little beach town. Bed linens and shower towels were provided. Beach towels were not provided which was a little inconvenient since we traveled to Folly by plane. The listing was clear that they were not included, but would have been nice to have.

Great Location

The condo was in a prime location and was close to many shops and restaurants. The condo was able to accommodate our family comfortably. The only downside of the location, is that when bands are playing on the pier outside, you can hear them clearly while in the condo. So if you are someone who tries to go to sleep early, this may cause a disturbance. While in an excellent location, the condo could use some updates - overall, we had a great experience staying here.

Family vacation

I loved the condo. 2 king bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and 3 rd bedroom with its own bathroom. It’s just a couple of blocks to the Main Street with all the restaurants. The pier is under construction so had so mouse but it really did not bother us. Monday through Friday we gad to use a different beach access, but I loved the condo regardless. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment that we had a couple of excellent homemade meals.

Great location!!

A group of 6 friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay on folly beach! We had plenty of room! Close to everything!! Great having a bathroom for every bedroom. The beach is spectacular, pier is right next door. Shopping, restaurants were exactly what we love! Lost dog was a fav for breakfast! Bert’s store was super close for anything you need. The condo had a little wear but nothing that affected our trip!! Patio door in living area was tough to open and kitchen cupboards peeling. But like I said everything was awesome for 6 gals!! We can’t wait to go back!!

Location was great. It was clean.Shower door fell off when gma was in shower. Food left on burner caused smoke when making tea. No curtains on sliding glass doors in living room. When it rained had water leak in both sliding patio doors. Fans in bathrooms did not work. Burnt out light bulbs in bathroom . This rental needs alittle tlc. . Beach , balcony and bathtub were great.

Great location

Everything was ok except the storm Thursday night. The rain came in through the bottom of the living room patio and the front bedroom patio. Doors not sealed good enough. Took hours to clean up water. It went into the kitchen. Called the emergency number on the refrigerator and nobody got back with me.. Also a picture fell off the wall because the house was shaking, and it broke.

Perfect location for a Folly Beach vacation!

The view was breathtaking. The property shows signs of wear and tear, but it was well stocked with towels, dishes, etc., and all of the appliances worked just fine. You can easily pop out to the beach, but it's only a couple of blocks to restaurants and a coffee shop. The construction was not a problem, and it was entertaining for the kids. The sliding door to the balcony from the living room is extremely difficult to open, and the elevator was incredibly slow and creaky. (I was afraid to get on it after the first ride up.) The outside steps need better lighting.

We did enjoy our trip. Lots of stores and food places within walking distance. That was a true plus 1. Was not expecting to be right next to the prier that was under construction. When the workers closed off the public entrance there was not a clear path for our beach access. 2. Elevator did not work properly a couple of times, so made it a challenge getting to the 3rd floor. 3. Both sliding glass doors need some TLC! Both were very difficult to open. 4. During the Elisha storm both sliding glass doors leaked from the top of the framing. The carpet became very wet. Also both air registers located near glass doors were leaking too! We took pictures and videoed the leaking of both doors. We did feel that the amount of our stay was a bit pricey for the mess next door and the fact that our beach access was effected. The Condo itself was very clean and roomy for our family. It was a nice and enjoyable trip.

IN very noisy construction zone, blocked beach access

Although this condo was very clean and beautifully decorated, we only stayed one night of our 4 night trip because it was insanely noisy from the construction. The description of this condo discloses the construction going on, but what the description (and especially the pictures) fail to show is that this condo is IN the construction zone. I wish I could add my pictures to show that the building is literally a few feet from the actual construction zone. The pictures listed do not show the actual construction going on or the proximity to the condo. We woke up at 7:15am (and had to listen throughout the entire day) to the sound of constant “back-up beeping”, honking, and hammering on metal. The view out the window is of the construction site which drastically took away from what we hoped would be an incredible ocean front view. While I was assured beforehand that our beach access would not be blocked, that was false. There were 2 locked gates prohibiting beach access next to the condo because that is where the construction site starts. So instead of being able to load up our family and all of our beach gear easily since our condo was technically on the beach, we had to drag everything back and forth trying to find the next closest way to access the beach (which defeated the purpose of paying to stay ON the beach.) Then, once we found our way to the beach, it still wasn’t relaxing at all because again- we were trying to enjoy the beach during constant construction noise. The walls of the condo itself are very thin, so in the evenings (after the construction stopped around 5:30pm,) we could hear constant running from either children or dogs next door. This went on until very late at night. Unfortunately I was also really looking forward to taking a bath in the huge master bath tub, but there was only enough hot water to fill up about 1/4 of it (and that was with no laundry, dishes, or other showers beforehand.) I contacted the owner via text, email, and messenger explaining our concerns but never received a reply to any of my communications. If there were no construction going on, this would be a lovely condo. The proximity to restaurants and shops and it’s spacious rooms are nice, but unfortunately having to wake up to (and constantly put up with) the construction noise and prohibited beach access does not feel like a vacation.

We got to stay inside in nice comfortable surroundings and watch the ocean waves. The beds were comfortable and the living room was a perfect size for having out and talking. We had a great stay!
