The property offers expansive views from Jessup’s neck to Long Beach with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Boats and other watercraft can be rented from the neighborhood Marina. Read and relax on the beachfront patio or dine on the deck facing the bay.

The washer and dryer are located outside near the outdoor shower and garage.

There’s parking for two cars in the driveway, one behind the other, and you can also park another car along the front of the property. The town of Sag Harbor village is 5-10 minutes away. Bridgehampton and the Long Island Railroad are 15 minutes.
