Ideal house for 8 people (10 people with 2 single beds in the mezzanine of the living room): 2 adult rooms (bedding: 160X200 & 180 X200); a child's room (2 bunk beds 190 x 90); teen room (2 twin beds (90 X 190) - mezzanine lounge (2 beds 80 X 190), 4 bathrooms (2 showers, 2 baths) each with 1 toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped; the comfortable living room with TV (some rooms also have a TV, there are 4 in total in the house). Garden furniture and table and chairs for outdoor family meals; you can get the bikes in the covered entrance of the garden.

Very quiet area 260 meters from the village center with its small shops, shops, restaurants, cafes, post office, bookstore and market.
At 140 meters from the bus stop: Loix Water Tower and 2.4km from the beach of Grouin.
The bike paths are at door step to go everywhere to discover the island.
