Antibes is a very popular and pleasant city with all its beautiful walks, museums and heritage.
The studio is located 10 minutes from downtown, the old town and all its amenities and shops.
At the material level, you have everything you need: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juice press, microwave, classic oven, fridge freezer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine.
The balcony is equipped with an electric blind as well as a table with 4 chairs which allows you to eat in the sun.
For the beds, you have a 140 cm closet bed with a very good new mattress as well as a sofa bed with comfortable bultex mattress.
Private parking space. Internet with Wifi.
By the beach: sailing school with boat and windsurf rental.
At the foot of the residence, a shuttle runs every half hour to serve the city.
Nearby, on foot, several restaurants, bakery, tobacco / press and food stores.

Sejour exceptionnel, appartement hyperfonctionnel et idealement situé, accueil remarquable.
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans un appartement idéalement situé, spacieux à l'équipement très complet. L'accueil par les propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques est un vrai plus, particulièrement appréciable. Le parking à disposition très proche de la résidence apporte une vraie plus value à cette location au tarif complement justifié. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir dans cette superbe station balnéaire aux plages magnifiques et à l'ambiance très décontractée. Encore merci à nos propriétaires avec lesquels la communication a été parfaite.
