Three of the four bedrooms and the living quarters provide beautiful views of the ocean. If anything the listing undersells this property just a little. The house is gorgeous with lots of large beds and beautiful spaces. The back porch with the hot tub and fire pit are only outdone by the incredible view off the bluff. We had an absolutely amazing time.

What a beautiful place to experience beach front living! Plenty of space for families. The hot tub allowed us to really enjoy the evenings outside as we adjusted to the cooler Oregon temperatures (coming from 105 prior to getting here). Lots of things to see and do close by. The view on clear days was astonishing! Beds super comfy.

Amazing property with the claw foot soaking tubs right at the edge of the drop off and incredible views of the ocean and sunsets . The house accommodates our whole extended family with out feeling cramped. We have stayed there annually for the last 12 years. Always very clean and everything is as it should be. Richard is a wonderful host and is wonderful to work with. Already booked again for next year

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, and it was perfect for our family get together. Location was perfect for quickly accessing everything we had planned and being right on the beach with an amazing view was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, which I greatly appreciated as I cook everything from scratch. We have already shared this listing with a number of friends and are very much looking forward to returning with our family again.

Clean, and quiet, nice location to walk to the park and lighthouse, beach. We walked to the waterfront. Great view from inside and sitting outside, kids played in the hot tub while we were bundled up sitting outside. Saturday was cool, sunny and beautiful! Great place for our family gathering! Kichen was well stocked with everything we needed.

We have found that Newport has a small town feel but plenty of things to do, stroll the bayfront, or the beach, go crabbing, hiking, golfing and numerous places to eat.
